1. Who operates GrowthPrint

Smile Ventures, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the GrowthPrint website. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, removal from the waitlist, or deletion requests, email privacy@growthprint.app.

This policy covers this pre-launch website and its forms. It does not cover the GrowthPrint app, which has its own App Privacy Policy. This website is intended for adults in the United States.

2. Information you provide

• Beta registration: your first name, email address, and iPhone or Android preference. We use these details to maintain your beta registration and notify you when relevant beta access becomes available. Device preference helps us match availability to your phone.
• Optional product preference: after registering, you may choose to tell us what you most want GrowthPrint to help with. Your registration is complete whether or not you answer. We use the answer to understand user needs and guide product planning.
• Investor inquiries: your name, email, firm or company, investor type, and any optional message. We use this information to consider and respond to your meeting request. Investor inquiries are kept separate from beta registrations.
• Your choices: the time of submission, the wording and version of the permission or acknowledgment you gave, the policy and terms versions shown, and whether you submitted through the form or its supported agent interface. These records help us document your instructions.
• Correspondence: information you send when you contact us, used to respond and handle your request.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, financial account details, passwords, or confidential investment documents in form messages. We do not request a birth date, payment information, or app-usage history on this website.

3. Hosting and technical information

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the website and store form submissions. Providing the site involves processing connection and request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times, for delivery, access control, security, and troubleshooting. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational records under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

The registration database does not add your IP address or a browser fingerprint to your signup record. Information sent to our monitored email address is also processed by the email services used to deliver and receive that correspondence.

4. How we use and disclose information

We use information for the purposes described above, protecting and maintaining the website, handling privacy requests, documenting permissions, and meeting applicable legal obligations. We do not use beta registrations for a general newsletter, unrelated promotions, or advertising profiles.

Our hosting and communications providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, or legal rights, subject to applicable law. We do not sell your form submissions or share them with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

A beta registration does not authorize a new use that requires additional permission. If our practices change, we will update this notice and seek additional permission where required.

5. Cookies and browser signals

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or analytics or advertising cookies to this website. Hosting and access-control services may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to deliver, secure, or sign in to the site. Browser settings can control cookies, although blocking necessary technologies may affect access.

Our website application does not change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. We do not authorize advertising partners to collect personal information through this site for tracking your activity over time across other websites. This statement does not describe the independent practices of your browser, extensions, or a hosting provider’s own services.

6. Retention

We retain beta registration details while needed to provide the beta-availability notifications you requested. We remove or de-identify details when that purpose ends or when you request deletion, except for limited information needed to honor an opt-out, document your choices, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.

We retain investor inquiries and correspondence while needed to handle the inquiry or an ongoing discussion, and retain limited records where necessary for legal obligations or disputes. Retention depends on the purpose, whether a discussion remains active, your requests, and applicable obligations; records are not intended to be kept indefinitely for unrelated future uses. Provider backup and operational records may expire on their separate retention cycles.

7. Your choices and requests

To stop beta notifications, email privacy@growthprint.app and ask to unsubscribe. You do not need an account or a reason. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting personal information, but do not require additional personal information to honor a simple email opt-out.

We handle requests in accordance with applicable law and honor email opt-outs within 10 business days. A minimal record of an opt-out may be kept so we do not contact you again. Rights and exceptions can depend on applicable law. California residents may use the same email address to exercise any privacy rights available to them under applicable California law. Contact that address with concerns about how a request was handled.

8. Adults and security

The waitlist and inquiry forms are for people aged 18 or older in the United States. We do not knowingly seek children’s information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Access to submitted information is limited to operating the website and handling its registrations and inquiries. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Changes and contact
