1. Operator and scope

Smile Ventures, LLC operates this website under the GrowthPrint name. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Smile Ventures, LLC. You can contact us at support@growthprint.app.

When you affirmatively agree to these terms and submit a form, these terms apply to that submission and your use of the registration or inquiry service. The forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States.

2. Beta registration is not a purchase

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not guarantee a beta invitation, a place in a particular order, a release date, or a particular feature. No payment, purchase, subscription, or obligation to buy is created.

GrowthPrint is in development. Screens, features, compatibility, availability, pricing, and timing may change. Any future app or beta access may have separate terms and privacy information. The website does not promise a particular productivity, health, educational, financial, or other personal result.

3. Submissions and responsible use

Submit accurate information that you are authorized to provide. Do not impersonate someone, submit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, sensitive personal details, or confidential investment documents through these forms.

We may decline or remove abusive or fraudulent submissions and restrict misuse of the website. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

4. Email choices and privacy

Beta-notification permission is requested separately from agreement to these terms. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing privacy@growthprint.app. An investor inquiry does not subscribe you to beta notifications.

Our Website Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how to make privacy requests. Agreeing to these terms is not blanket consent to unrelated use of personal information.

5. Content and third-party references

Smile Ventures, LLC and applicable licensors retain their rights in the website’s original content and design. You may view the website for lawful personal information and legitimate business inquiries. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, and app references belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in product previews does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Investor inquiries

The inquiry form requests a conversation only. It does not accept funds or investment commitments, reserve or allocate securities, or create an investment advisory, fiduciary, or investor relationship. No investment terms or promises of returns are offered through this form.

Any potential investment would require separate documentation and compliance with applicable law. Information here is not personalized investment advice. Do not send payment or confidential investment documents through the website.

7. Availability and limitations

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or waitlist. Information may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of nonwaivable consumer rights.

9. California law and severability

These terms are governed by California law, without limiting any mandatory protection available under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights under California civil-rights, accessibility, privacy, or consumer-protection law that cannot legally be waived.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.

10. Changes and questions
